Can engines and gearboxes be collected?

Yes but please note there are strict guide lines concerning the collection of Engines and Gearboxes. These items have to be pre palletised prior to collection, have all oil and other fluids drained from them. They have to be securely strapped with either banding or ratchet straps. Where can I view tracking information?

Consignments can be tracked by visiting the our track and trace facility on the below link https://track2.palletways.com/ or if you have a Palletways portal log in direct from the portal https://portal.palletways.com (https://portal.palletways.com/login_v2.php) if you want an up to date Estimated Time of Arrival 'ETA' Please request this through our Portal. How do I package my goods safely for transport?

Preparing your pallets for collection All goods carried must be palletised and suitable for road transportation. Goods must be secured to two way pallets via shrink-wrap (including the top, where possible) or by adequate plastic or metal banding. It is advised that machinery is crated. Do the goods have to be on a pallet?

Yes, to enable you to use our network services, the goods must be transported using a pallet. It is the customers responsibly to ensure the goods are secured safely for transit.

Are there any items that are prohibited from being transported?

What information do I need to request a collection and delivery?

You will need to know the dimensions of the item you wish to transport and the approximate weight. You will also need the full collections and delivery address and telephone numbers for both collection and delivery points.
